1. Consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) have the right to cancel their purchase within seven days of receipt.

2.1 In the event that you do not require your new and unused product you are able to return it for credit within 14 days of receipt, provided that a valid RMA number has been obtained using a repair/return form available from the admin department and that the product is new, unused and complete with all packaging, instructions and accessories. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods.

3.1 All of our products are covered by a return to base warranty.
3.2 In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty and the fault is covered under warranty please apply for an RMA number by requesting a repair/return form from the admin department.
3.3 Once your RMA number has been issued please return the faulty product to the address detailed on your RMA confirmation form.
3.4 The RMA reference should be clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.
3.5 We strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service and ensure that all returned goods are suitably packaged to prevent any damage while in transit. We are unable to accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged while in transit back to us.
3.6 Any goods returned without a visible RMA reference or which have clearly sustained damage while in transit back to us will not be accepted.
3.7 Upon receipt, all goods will be returned to the manufacturer to be inspected and tested. Any goods found to be faulty and covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced and returned to you at our expense.
3.8 The following conditions apply to all returned goods
(a) All goods should be returned complete including their original packaging and accessories.
(b) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
(c) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

(e) Where items are found to be incomplete they will not be tested or refunded. These goods will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
(f) Any goods with cut cables or any modifications of any kind will no longer be covered by warranty and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
(g) Any items that have suffered any form of user damage will no longer be covered under warranty and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
(h) Warranties do not cover any form of product misuse or abuse or damage sustained as a result of any events beyond our control. This includes all forms of user damage, site specific damage, vandalism, flood or any damage which has been sustained as a result of normal wear and tear.
(i) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
(j) We may offer advance replacements depending on circumstance.

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at
